Michelle grew up in Pensacola, Florida, attending Pensacola High School through The Health Academy magnet program. She graduated with honors and left with 150+ academic and athletic scholarship offers, including Harvard, Stanford, and many others.

She was named Ms. Florida Basketball. The recruiting trail saw the full package: a student, a competitor, and a person who understood what it meant to carry weight.

The Elite Court

Tennessee. Then the world.

Michelle played college basketball at the University of Tennessee, where she competed at the highest level of the sport. From there, she entered the WNBA and went on to play professional basketball overseas across multiple seasons.

Her playing career put her in rooms with elite performers, demanding coaches, and high-stakes moments. The skills she built there did not stay on the court.

The Corporate Pivot

From the WNBA to Nike.

After her playing career, Michelle moved into corporate product leadership at Nike. She brought the same discipline, adaptability, and team-first mindset that defined her playing years.

She learned what happened when athletes entered the corporate world, and what happened when corporate teams forgot how to compete. She started connecting the dots.
