Michelle Snow teaches the MBA nobody hands you: Mindset, Beliefs, Action. She did not learn it in a classroom. She earned it.

She grew up in Pensacola, a shy kid who slid her feet so no one would see the hole in the bottom of her shoe. She could not yet see the life she wanted, so she did the only thing she could control. She believed in it first, then worked on it daily, then found people who already lived it and studied exactly what they did. She came up through The Health Academy magnet program at Pensacola High School, graduated with honors, and earned more than 150 scholarship offers, including Harvard and Stanford. She was named Ms. Florida Basketball. At Tennessee, under Pat Summitt, she felt like she did not belong, so she leaned on coaches and teammates who had been there and repeated the work until it was hers. She left a champion, became a two-time WNBA All-Star, and earned a place in the Florida Sports Hall of Fame.

Then she ran the same play again. Nike product leadership, where she moved from playing the game to shaping the products behind it. Entrepreneur. Real estate investor. Author. Belief first, daily reps second, the right people studied the whole way. Different game, different scoreboard, same method.
